The App is available in two modes:

• Free version: includes non-personalized ads to support the service at no cost.
• Premium version (subscription): ad-free, with full access to all features.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not use the App.

2.4 Location Data

The current initial version (MVP) does not use location data.

• Provide translations and explanations better adapted to your region

The App will request explicit permission before collecting any location data in future versions.

2.5 Voice Data

To teach pronunciation, the App may:

• Receive voice recordings from the user
• Process them using artificial intelligence
• Analyze them to provide pronunciation feedback

Recordings are not stored permanently, unless necessary to improve learning features.

2.6 Advertising Data

Users of the free version of the App may see ads served by third-party advertising networks.

About these ads:

• They are non-personalized: ads are served contextually and are not based on the user's behavioral profile or interests.
• We do not collect or share the device advertising identifier (AD_ID) for this purpose.
• Advertising networks may collect minimal technical data (such as device type or system language) strictly necessary for ad delivery and measurement.
• Users with an active subscription will not see ads.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the App
• Personalize your learning experience
• Provide personalized pronunciation feedback
• Analyze usage and performance metrics
• Communicate with you for notifications or updates (optional)
• Display non-personalized ads to users of the free version of the App

• OpenAI API — voice processing (Whisper) and text-to-speech synthesis
• Google Gemini API — AI-powered content generation and chat responses

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, storage, analytics, and push notifications
• LevelPlay (IronSource) — non-personalized ad mediation platform (for users without an active subscription only)
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — non-personalized ad network (for users without an active subscription only)
• Google Play Billing / Apple App Store — payment processing and subscriptions

These services may not use your information for purposes beyond the operation of the App.

4.2 Legal Compliance

We may disclose information when required by law or to comply with applicable legal processes.

We implement reasonable protection measures, including:

However, no technology can guarantee absolute security.

• A responsible adult must accept the terms when the account belongs to a minor
• Parents or guardians may request the complete deletion of a minor's data
